Ordering and Payment

Q: What are my payment options?
A: We accept Visa and Mastercard   

Q:What currency does the RunGirlRun use online?
A: Your charge will be processed in US funds.  Please note your bank may assess a nominal foreign transaction fee as RunGirlRun is Canadian based.  This does not always apply to large institution card holders. For more information, please check with the bank that issued your credit card.

Q: If I don’t want to order online, can I call in my order and speak to a customer service rep?
A: Yes, you can reach us at 1-800-567-2739 (Monday – Friday, EST)

Shipping

Q:How much does shipping cost?
A: It will depend on where you live and which shipping service you select. You can use our Real Time Shipping at check out and estimate your shipping costs prior to making your selection.

Q: How are my packages tracked?
A: You can track your package via Canada Post - we will supply you with a tracking number once we ship your package.  Note: Small packet airmail service is not track-able.

Q: Can I ship to a PO Box?
A: Yes, we ship via Post and can ship to a PO Box! Courier service is available upon request, please call or email if required.  1-800-567-2739 / info@rungirlrun.com

Returns and Exchanges

Q: How do I return or exchange an item?
A: You have within 14 business days from the delivery date to return or exchange an item. Please call our customer service department at 1-800-567-2739 or email info@rungirlrun.com. We will then email you a return/exchange form (the top portion can be used as our return address label) simply fill it out and enclose with your return/exchange.
Please allow 5 – 7 business days from receipt of your return for processing.

You can return your package to one of two warehouses:
RunGirlRun USA Warehouse: 100 River Rock Drive, Unit 2, Buffalo NY, 14207
RunGirlRun Canada Warehouse: 24 Queenston Street, St.Catharines, ON, L2R 2Y9

Return Policy:

>Returns must be made within 14 days from the delivery date
>All merchandise must be unwashed and unworn
>All hangtags must be attached to the garment and proof of payment must accompany the return
>All garments are subject to inspection
>Outgoing return shipping charges are not refunded
